Vietnamese Stirfry

This is a stir-fry that was cooked by my brother’s partner Toan when I went to visit him last week. He is Vietnamese/ Chinese and is used to cooking in this style.

Vietnamese food has very distinct flavours. Dishes use plenty of fresh herbs but tend not to be overly spicy, as chilli sauces are served separately.
