Lebanese Food
As part of my birthday celebrations, my boyfriend took me out last week for a Lebanese meal. Lebanese food is characterised by plenty of starch, wholefoods and vegetables. Red meat is not as used as widely as other types of meat, such as lamb. I haven’t eaten a lot of Lebanese food so was excited to try it. I was really glad we did as it was delicious. Here is a plate of Chicken Escalopes with olives and pickles on the side: Reem, Bedford

In the mood for Mexican
I seem to be eating a lot of Mexican food recently. Here is a picture of last night’s dish, sampled at Baja in Bedford: I really loved this and would recommend it. Definitely would go back.
