Foodies do the West Coast of Canada
Autumn is my favourite time of the year. I’ve written countless blog posts about it and save my sweater collection all year round, ready for the Autumn months. This year, I started my Autumn off by spending it in the Canadian Rockies. I’ve really wanted to go there for sometime. After a nine hour flight, I arrived in Banff, to be greeted by crisp air and the sights of lush meadows and tall peaks. I’ve visited Canada before, back in 2012, and it is one of my favourite places. Anyone for gyros? Eat like a Greek at Boxpark, Wembley
This gyros from The Athenian at Boxpark Wembley was amazing! Succulent, juicy and gorgeous. Also, today being Halloween gives me the opportunity for the perfect #TBT to a divine Halloween afternoon tea that I had a few years ago. Happy Halloween!

Taking Inspiration From Persia
Nestled in amongst the hipster pubs and fashionable restaurants in the trendy Northern Quarter of Manchester, The Patron is a lovely little bar serving cheap Middle- Eastern food. It was perfect for a light bite for lunch. This Kofta b’siniyah was really delicious- recommended especially if you’re looking for something different from the usual to eat.

A little bit of Scoff & Banter
I haven’t posted on here for a bit because I’ve been at Green Man festival in Crickhowell. This is a lovely festival with such a chilled vibe. I had a great few days with friends, listening to music and relaxing in the sunshine (and sheltering from the rain!) On a completely unrelated note, a little while ago, I visited Scoff & Banter in Bloomsbury. I was doing a charity run the next day so wanted to load up on protein and carbs. Scoff & Banter seemed as good a place as any to prep myself for race day. The fact it was highly rated helped a lot as well. This…
